FROM DEAD MAN’S CAMERA
VIEWS OF WORLD SPEED TESTS Sensational views of the attempt on the world’s speed record on Daytona Beach recently will be presented for the first time in New Zealand at the New Regent Theatre this evening. These views were actually photographed by the Rathe News cameraman, G. 11. Traub, who was killed by Leo Bible’s machine while photographing the speed test. The views show the machine speeding up the beach on the fatal attempt, and the film ends suddenly with the tragic death of both Mr. Lee Bible and Mr. Traub. This is one of the most unusual gazette attractions that lias reached Auckland for some time.
