PAST WINNERS
competitors engaged at Cambridge on Saturday have shown winning form in the past on the country course, and as many followers of the game believe in the fa miliar adage, “horses for courses," the following reminder may be of interest. In 1927 Paradigm won the Introductory Trot, Uncle Bert the saddle heat, and Admiral Lock the Farewell Handicap. Each is engaged in the same events this year. Last May Dealer, Lord Lu, Joy Bird and Anseline were returned winners, and all appear among the acceptors for Saturday’s card.
