5,000 AWARDED MAN IN MELBOURNE
SERIOUS X-RAY BURNS
Reed. 11 a.m. MELBOURNE, To-day. After a nine days’ trial, judgment was entered for £5,000 against Dr. Joseph Downing, for serious injuries inflicted upon John Stout, who alleged that as a result of negligent use of X-ray treatment he was seriously burned and incapacitated.
