Reserved judgment was given by Mr. tJ. H. Luxford. S.M., in the Whangarsi Magistrate’s Court, in the case brought by the inspector of machinery against E. A. Arlidge for failing to have the required survey made of the launch Alma G. Defendant was convicted and fined £3. and 10s costs.
