I ( Jl r cA most tempting new way to serve this custard TAKE sufficient little round Queen or Sponge cakes scoop out the centre neatly with a spoon and have them waiting on a large flat dish with some tinned halved apricots then make a delicious custard, very smooth and creamy, and flavoured with Vanilla.
