ST. JAMES THEATRE
ANOTHER NEW PROGRAMME Another change of programme will >e presented at the St. James Theatre his evening by George Wallace and iis band of revellers. The title of he new revue is “Sparklers,” and, according to George himself, it is his )est laughing revue. In the previous 18 weeks he has appeared in this city, the little cornelian has proved that he knows what le is talking about when he talks of
revues, so the new show must be well up to the Wallace standard. In addition to the inimitable little Australian, the well known favourites, Marshall Crosby, Marie Nyman, Maida Jones, the Dudleys, and Jim Ptomaine appear in suitable roles and in popular songs, and the Six Rascals will trip merrily every now and then. One of the principal roles in Paramount’s all-talking picture, "The Doctor’s Secret,” is play-'ed by H. B. Warner, who is as well known on the stage as on the screen. Warner is an Englishman. Other parts in "The Doctor’s Secret” are played by Ruth Ch&tterton, John Loder and Robert Edeoon.
