MR. CLINKARD STANDS DOWN (From Our Own Correspondent) ROTORUA, To-day. Mr. C. H. Clinkard, M.P., has withdrawn from the mayoral contest on account of his Parliamentary duties. The contest now will be a straight-out issue between Air. T. Jackson and Air. C. R. Tapper.
