Revision of By-law relating to small shopkeepers. Better opportunities for “the Press” to report Council business more openly. No loan monies to be authorised without ratepayers’ consent. Loan monies to be utilised only for purpose in which they are raised. For Progress, Econdfny, and Efficiency support thei Independents.
