| COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Canopus is to arrive from Westj port either late to-night or early to- | morrow morning. * After unloading her coal cargo, she will be dispatched for ! Westport again on Friday. | H.M. Minesweeper Wakakura returned ito port from the Gulf this morning. She ! had been out with a detachment of naval | trainees during the week-end. i The Awahou is expected late to-night | and berths at Central Wharf. At 5 j p.m. to-morrow she is to sail for Hick's f Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. ■ The Coronation is scheduled to sail for Awanui at noon on Saturday. . The "Waimea is now leaving Auckland ;at noon to-morrow for Gisborne and Napier. She returns here next Monday. The Katoa, which arrived at Auckland this morning from Dunedin and way ! ports, and berthed at the Prince’s Wharf, sails at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Westport, where she will load again for this port. The Kaiapoi, from Greymouth, via "Wellington and Lyttelton, arrived at Auckland this morning and berthed at the King's Wharf. At 5 p.m. to-morrow she leaves here for Greymouth to load again for Auckland. The Poolta, en route from Australia, via New Plymouth and Wellington, arrived at Picton at 5 p.m. yesterday and leaves at S p.m. to-day for Auckland. She is due here on Friday and, after discharge, undergoes overhaul and survey at this port before proceeding to Grafton. The Kawatiri was undocked this morning and went to the Western Wharf to complete her overhaul and survey. On Saturday she leaves Auckland for Westport. The Kaitangata sailed from Greymouth at 9.30 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due on Thursday. After discharge she returns to the coal port. The Waipiata is sailing from Bluff this evening, via Timaru. Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. The Wingatui is to leave Auckland at 3 p.m. to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. The Kaimanawa, from Westport, leaves Wellington to-morrow evening, via Napier, for Auckland, where she is due on Saturday. The Rotorua, in continuation of her voyage from London and Southampton, leaves Auckland on Saturday for Wellington and New Plymouth. The Gunbar is due at Auckland tomorrow morning from the East Coast and it is hoped to dispatch her again the same 1 evening on her return trip to Gisborne : Napier and East Coast bays. The Taniwha sails for Paeroa at 10.30 i o'clock this evening, and arrives back at 0.00 a,in. on Thursday. The Claymore leaves for Whangarel at 8.30 p.m. to-night, and is due back at o a.Tn. on Thursday. The Rangitoto returns from Thames at 10.30 o’clock this evening, and leaves on the return trip at midnight to-morrow The Omana is expected from Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth at 10.30 p.m. to-night. At 10 o'clock to-morrow morning she is to sail for Motuihi and Waiheke.

The Kawau arrives from Kawau, Leigh at 3 p.m. this afternoon, at 1...0 o clock to-morrow morning she sails for Kawau, Takatu, Ti Point, Kittle and Big Omaha.
