Avoiding Accidents
While motor-car accidents take l a big toll of lives in this ! country every year , careless driving cannot be blamed for all the mishaps. Careless and thoughtless conduct in the role of pedestrian accounts for many accidents to drivers whose experience ought to protect them. Stepping off a kerb without looking; trying to squeeze between cars in a tragic jam; steppin g out suddenly from behind a i parked car—these are a few of the risks taken by drivers who ought i to know butter.
