TWO MEN EXTRADITED
FORGERY AND THEFT CHARGES Press Associatio)i WELLINGTON, To-day. Extradited from Australia, two men, who arrived to-day by the Marama under escort, appeared before Mr. E. Page, S.M., to-day. John Edmond Thomas O'Sullivan, described as a surveyor, was charged with forging a Pest Office Savings Bank withdrawal receipt for £IOO, and Douglas Milligan Slater, a clerk, with theft from Archibald Dougall Coombs and Company. The chief-detective said the amount involved in the defalcations was not yet determined. Both were remanded without bail.
