KENT & SONS, LTD. originally established fn 1872. Is offering for public subscription £35,000 OF 7*% FIRST MORTGAGE DEBENTURE STOCK. This was three times the amount of the interest on the debenture issue of £35,000 which is secured by a first mortgage over tangible assets (exclusive of goodwill) amounting to £55,814. After allowing for debenture interest and income tax the balance was £1,185 more than the amount of a 10% dividend on the 35,000 preference shares being issued.
