When the Tofua sailed for Fiji, Tonga and Samoa to-day she had on board the Administrator of the latter group, Mr. S. S. Allen, and also the seven policemen who were unable to sail by the Maui Pomare owing to a suspected outbreak of influenza. They are also bound for Apia.
