Our intention is to discover tfose with talent and to assist them. Make a copy of this sketch, either in ink or pencil and write your name, age and address on the back, and forward it to the “J.S.C.A.” with sixpence in stamps. The competitor who sends in the best sketch receives. A PRIZE OF £5. and a FREE course in Commercial Art and Cartooning by mail. The SECOND and THIRD prize-winners receive £2/10/- and £1 respectively, together with the same FREE course. 10 FREE COURSES of instruction, as described above will be given to those next In merit, while. 100 SCHOLARSHIP DIPLOMAS will be presented to those sending in the next best attempts.
