MR. RUDOLPH FRIEDLANDER
The funeral took place on Thursday, from his late residence at 71 Great South Road, of Mr. Rudolph Friedlander, who, for many years, was connected with the business of Fried - lander Bros., Ltd., in Ashburton. Mr. Friedlander, on his retirement from active business, came to Auckland, where he resided for a number of years. Recently he underwent an operation. Mr. -Friedlander’s kindly nature won him many friends. He leaves a widow and four sons—Mr. Joseph Friedlander of London, Dr. Hugo Friedlander, or Shanghai, Mr. Otto Friedlander, or Auckland, and Mr. David Friedlander. of Christchurch.
