FIGHT IN RESTAURANT Although Joseph South and a companion of his named Green had a difference of opinion in,a restaurant, they are now perfectly g-ood friends. So H°J. fac ed a charge of assault in the Police Court this morning, but Green did not seem to bo eager to testify against the accused. Bub-Inspector McCarthey obtained an admission from Green that South • pushed him in the face.” A waitress said that blood came from Green’s face after the assault Mr. F. K. Hunt: We’d better take’ it that a blow was actually struck South said he thought Green was going to attack him. They were now good friends and Green, as a matter of fact, wanted to withdraw the information.
Mr. Hunt: All right, South, pay costs to the waitress and we’ll say no more about it.
