HAVELOCK WILSON DEAD
BRITISH SEAMEN’S NOTED LEADER YEARS OF ILL-HEALTH (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and X.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 1.3 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. Mr. Havelock Wilson, formerly general president of the British Seamen’s Union, is dead. He was 70 years of age. Despite seven years of ill-health, he worked on until 3 p.m. to-day arranging a meting of the executive of the Seamen’s Union. He had a seizure while discussing the business and warput to bed. He died at 5 p.m. His doctor warned him at Christmas that he must ease up. but Mr. Wilson contented himself with a holiday at Bognor.
