TRADE WITH RUSSIA

BRITISH DELEGATES RETURN (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) MOSCOW, Monday. Most of the British trade delegates who visited Russia have returned home. The Soviet newspapers reiterate that the next move rests w r ith the British Government. The “Izvestia” insists that trade development, with Britain is exclusively dependent upon a resumption of normal diplomatic relations. It says trade must not be allowed to be dependent on party struggles, on Britain’s “difficulties with her Dominions or colonies” or upon the “failure of British diplomacy” in China or Afghanistan
