MAN FINED FOR FRAUD (Special to THE SUNJ MARTOX, Monday. Charged with obtaining credit from C. W. Preece, a cycle dealer, of Marton, by representing that he was a farmer of Bonny Glen, Archibald O. Benson appeared in the Alar ton Police Court this morning. Benson promised to pay for the goods two days later, but he was r.ot given an opportunity to prove his c**od faith, as he was arrested befor V. period expired. His counsel submitted that it was not a case of fraud. In fining Benson £2, the magistrate said the fact that ae said he was a farmer established fraud.
