WARRING SEAMEN
MAN PUSHED THROUGH WINDOW RAZOR PRODUCED ‘Drown him.'' “Throw him in the water.” Belligerent seamen off the Raranga and a member of the crew' of the Cambridge were at loggerheads at the foot of Queen Street about six o’clock last evening. A squad of police was needed to send the combatants away. One of the seamen is alleged to have drawn a razor in a quarrel with a man from the Raranga. He was pursued from an hotel in Quay Street and was severely man-handled before he escaped on to Queen’s Wharf. The man was receiving further punishment when the police arrived. There was trouble later on when, as a result of an argument in Quay Street, a man was pushed through a tobacconist's window,
