The back of the block has been acquired by the Education Department from the Lands Drainage Department as additional playing area for the Ngatea school. If the fi«j sections are offered at reasonable prices they will be snapped up, for there is a demand for shop and office the opening of agencies by two more banks and the opening of a chemist shop within the past month having taken all tUe buildings available.
