HEARING OF PETITION POSTPONED The petition by Albert William Newton and others to have the Mount R.oskill Hoad District constituted a borough, which was to have been heard befpre Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, has been adjourned till Wednesday, April 24. owing to the illness of one of th.* petitioners.
