“THE CAMERAMAN”
Buste.v Keaton, in “Tine Cameraman,” now at the Rialto and Regent, Epsom, Theatres, is an? apprentice newsreel cameraman, and figures in one of the most strenuous and hilarious adventures in his career. The story is a rapid-fire series of comical troubles in which the star as a “green” cameraman, gets caught in a traffic jam, trampled on by a parade, gets almost drowned in a bathing girl scene, and falls out of a boat in the Newport boat races, to get caught in a churning propeller. He invades Chinatown and gets into the middle of a tong war, with 500 Oriental actors taking pot shots at him with machineguns. Outside of that nothing much happens to him-r-except that he and Marceline Way fall in love, and a pretty romance runs through the comedy sequence. Corinne Griffith is the star of the second pictorial attraction, “Outcast.” the story of a poor Ban Francisco street girl
