CLAIMS OF THE ALLIES Times Cable LONDON, Wednesday. The Paris correspondent of ' “The Times” says the Allies’ representatives on the Committee of Experts on Reparation have reached an agreement on the British, French, Belgian and Italian claims based on a common reduced total, provided nothing unforeseen occurs. However, new points are continually cropping up owing to the interests of the Dominions and of the minor Allies who are not represented at the inter-Allied discussions. A great many existing agreements also are affected by the new proposals.
