Childsplay’s Close Call The Autumnus filly Childsplay, who has been laid aside with a poisoned leg for more than two months, is under veterinary treatment yet. but she is making: slow progress. At one stage she was in such a bad way that her life was despaired of. There seems a reasonable hope now that she will recover, and though she will never race again, she should make a valuable addition to the Stonyliurst Stud.
