TOUR MAY BE POSTPONED Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. The council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association has received a letter from the Victorian Association stating it would agree to a tour in New Zealand if the dates were put back a month. As proposed, the team would not get back until the middle of March, which was too late. The council, however, could not see its way to agree to other dates.
