BACK IN NEW ZEALAND—Mr. Frank E. Ward, who is director of agriculture in Tasmania, is visiting the Dominion on behalf of the Government of the island State. Mr. Ward was formerly instructor in agriculture at the Seddon Memorial Technical College. He left New Zealand for Tasmania in 1926.
