CITY ELECTIONS
TWO MORE NOMINATIONS In addition to Mr. J. Dempsey, two more nominations for the City Council are in. Both are from Point Chevalier one being Mr. M. J. Coyle, and the other Mr. Hallyburton Johnstone. Mr. Coyle, who is a member of the City Council, Transport Board and Hospital Board, states that he will not contest the Hospital Board seat this year, and intends to apply himself entirely to City Council and Transport Board duties. He has been a representative on the Hospital Board of various local bodies for the past 20 years.
