Nile green charmeuse makes an excellent day dress, the one sketched here being a good example of the Parisienne’s choice. It has a tight, shapely hip-yoke from which the skirt falls in graceful flares, dipping slightly at either side. A deep biscuit-colour lace yoke lends a pleasant finish to the bod ice.
