TECHNICAL COLLEGE ANNUAL MEETING TRACKS HEAVY The annual athletic sports meeting for both the boys and the girls of the Seddon Memorial Technical College was held on the Domain Cricket Ground to-day. During the morning the numerous heats of the various events were run off, while there were also one or two finals. After the- heavy rains the tracks were not in the best of condition for fast times, and the circuit was considered too slippery for the cycling events.
