IVSOVE TO STABILISE PRICES SCANDINAVIAN AGREEMENT (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11.30 a.m. OSLO, Tuesday. Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish wood-pulp producers, representing an annual export production of 2,000,000 tons, have agreed to regulate their production according to the demand, and to establish a uniform selling policy.
