SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLYING TO EACH AND EVERY RACE IN THIS PROGRAMME. The Money or Prize provided by the Conditions of the Race for the Horses placed Second and Third respectively are separate Donations from the Race Fund within the meaning of Part xxvi., Rule 3 (b) of the Rules of Racing, conditional respectively upon a second or third horse (as the case may be) being placed, and failing this condition being fulfilled are not payable. CONDITIONS. All Handicaps subject to the condition that the winner of any race after the declaration of weights may- be rehandicapped. All Races to be run under the Rules of Racing, as passed by the New Zealand Racing Conference. In the event of either the Trial Handicap or the Franklin Stakes being run in two divisions, the prize money will be increased to 240sovs. Provided that only one race is so divided, the winner of each division will receive lOOsovs., second horse 15sovs., third horse ssovs., and such divisions will be treated as separate races on the Totalisator.
