NAVAL LIMITATION

An informal meeting of delegations from the legislative establishments of five World Powers, which it is reported, will be held in August to discuss the further limitation of naval armaments, is described by Mr. F. A. Britten, chairman of the Naval Committee of the House of Representatives, the initiator of the plan, as an assured fact.

Mr. Britten says that the meetings will take place at Biarritz, France, or at Geneva after the session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
