BONES FOUND IN QUARRY
DISCOVERY NEAR DUNEDIN (Special to THE SUXJ DUNEDIN, To-day. A steam excavator working in the new quarry opened by the Harbour Board at the North Spit uncovered a cave in a stone face in which two human skulls and a number of bones were found. Another skull was found in the sand covering the stone about 30ft away. The bones were very discoloured and are thought to have been buried many ?L®^. rs aß °' alt *iough the skulls were well preserved.
