f MR. CLUTHA MACKENZIE LFAVES Investigations into modern methods ef dealing with the blind will be made Hr Air. Clutha Mackenzie, director of ♦he Jubilee Institute for the Blind, who left for Wellington last evening en touts to England. At a meeting yesterday to say farewell to Mr. Mackenzie, the president of the institute, Air. A. J. Hutchinson, Wished him bon voyage. Presentations 'vere made, including a travelling rug from the Workshop staff; a travelling hag from the blind workers; an inscribed flask from the administrative ptaff; and a cigarette case from the children. Mrs. Arackenzie also received presentations. Mr. and Airs. Alaekenzie will be away for about eight months.
