LETTER TO HON. H. ATMORE CONFIDENCE IN MINISTER Pres;s Association NELSON, To-day. In a letter to the Hon. H. Atmore, Minister of Education, concerning a resolution passed by the executive committee of the Nelson branch of the Farmers’ Union favouring the revision of the present educational system in New Zealand, the secretary added: —■ "X might mention that members of the committee expressed absolute confidence in you and said that the proposed system recently outlined by you, under your able jurisdiction, would be to the great benefit of the community at large and the fai-ming community in particular, and that the present system would in no way be reduced in efficiency.”
