Four Wanganui constables had a lively time early yesterday morning at ••Trafalgar" boardinghouse. being held at bay for nearly three hours by a lunatic with a razor, who threatened to rip them open if they tried to enter his room. He also hurled every breakable article out ot the window, and smashed ,he chest of drawers into matchwood, showering the pieces on to the street. Eventually he agreed to accept a cup of tea, dropped the razor, and was then rushed by the constables and secured. His screaming aroused all jhe boarders, who had a lively and exciting time.
