HANKOW NOW QUIET CHIANG-KAI-SHEK IN CHARGE (Australia a and X.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 9.40 a.m. SHANGHAI, Sunday. Owing to the unexpected suddenness of the capture of Hankow by the Nanking army, affairs are rapidly becoming normal in the Wuhan area. Marshal Cliiang-Kai-Shek entered Hankow and took over control immediately. The city is quiet.
