nt Insurance accident or disaster which result in the death within thirty* (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the suin of £1,000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability in respect or claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000). In the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (!) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillion - carrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle.
