MRS. MARGARET SULLIVAN Mrs. Margaret Sullivan, who died at the home of her daughter, Airs. Hodge, Ladies’ Mile, Remuera, on Friday, at the age of 83, was born at Newcastle, West Limerick, Ireland, and came on a visit to New Zealand in the ship Telegraph. in T 863. She decided to remain 1 in the Dominion, and in 1866 married' the late Captain John Sullivan. She lived at Waiwera for 40 years, moving then to Devonport, where she lived until recently. Captain Sullivan died six years ago. Mrs. Sullivan is survived by one son. Air. T. Sullivan, well known in sculling circles, who is at present living in London, and five daughters. There are six grandchildren and one great-grand-child. / MRS. ELIZABETH HOOPER A resident of Auckland for 68 years, .Mrs. Elizabeth Hooper died on Saturday at her home in King George Avenue, Epsom. Mrs. Hooper arrived in Auckland in the ship Mersey in 1861, and married the late Dr. J. H. Hooper. She was a member of St. Matthew’s Church for over 40 years, and she had lived in Epsom for the past 15 years. MR. C. W. S. CHAMBERLAIN The death is announced from Dunedin of Air. C. W. S. Chamberlain, at the age of 86, a former collector of Customs iiiw>.
