FURTHER FACILITIES BEING CONSIDERED British Official Wireless RUGBY, Thursday. The Lord Chancellor, Lord Hailsham, has appointed a committee to consider whether the facilities for the trial of matrimonial cases at the Assizes should be extended. Specific questions for the inquiry are, whether any additions are necessary or expedient, firstly, to the number of towns in which divorce business may be taken, and, secondly, to the number of district registries of the High Court in which poor persons may commence and procure proceedings.
