CONCERT TO BIRRELL O'MALLEY
TOWN HALL, TUESDAY WEEK A grand concert will be tendered to Mr. Birrell O’Malley in the Town Hall on Tuesday week, on the eve of his departure for Europe to further his musical studies. The concert will be under the patronage of the Auckland Amateur Operatic Society, and an excellent programme will be presented by many of the leading artists, including Miss Alma McGruer, Miss Ina Bosworth and Messrs. Eric Bell. Walter Brough, Walter Russell-Wood, Alan McElwain. ! Dan Flood and Frank Sutherland, j Items will also be contributed by : Madame Valeska and Len Wilson, the ! Lyric Four, The Asquiths and the | Clarion Quartet. The box-plans will open at Lewis j Eady, Ltd., next Thursday morning.
