TALK OF ABOLITION BY P.O. Press Association WELLINGTON, Thursday. Referring to a Dunedin statement that Mr. G. McNamara, secretary of the Post and Telegraph Department, had been instructed, at the forthcoming international postal conference, to withdraw New Zealand from agreements regarding the postal cash-on-delivery system, the Postmaster-Gen-eral, the Hon. J. B. Donald, said that he did not think the information correct. It might eventuate, he said, but had not been decided upon yet.
