I fi PICKLED MARROW $ r-j!7T up about three or four p H pounds of marrow into small M P pieces; sprinkle with salt and f? IS leave for twenty-four hours. Take A out and drain well. Boil half a M g pound, of either onions or shallots, jfjj p cut up small with a few peppercorns or chillies, in one quart of p p v'cgar and half a pound of ’■'■gar, jj| and put in your marrow. Boil till Wi tender. Thicken with one ounce of ft turmeric to the quart of vinegar. A || Boil all together for 10 minutes or M || a quarter of an hour.
