KAIKOHE CLUB MEETS (From Our Own Correspondent) KAIKOHE, Alonday. At the annual meeting of the Kaikohe Rugby Football Club, Air. H. F. Guy (president) complimented both teams of last season in reaching the position of runners-up to the respective winners for the Alain Shield and the Edgar Smith Memorial Shield. He regretted that the balance sheet disclosed an adverse balance for the past season. The election of officers resulted as follows: Patron, Mr. P. Jepheoate; president. Air. H. F. Guy (re-elected); vicepresidents, G. S. Penney, D. D. Nesbitt, G. Jerkovich, F. Yukich, j*. D. Mac-Lean, F. Barnard, A. Sowman, and O. N. Wells; finance committee, Messrs. J. G. Williams, P. F. Hewitt, and L. A. Rayner: general committee, Messrs. H. R. Vaile, W. Penney, T. Guerin, jun., and L. A. Rayner; ground committee, G. Jerkovich and Syd. Tane; social committee, Messrs. L. A. Rayner, T. Guerin, jun., H. R. Vaile, J. G. Williams, and G. Jerkovich; acting secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. G. Williams; auditor, Mr. N. E. Ellery; club captain, Mr. J. G. Jerkovich; delegates to Bay of Islands Rugby Union, Messrs. A. P. Leigh and F. Barnard.
