The vessel was granted pratique this morning, and the passengers reaebed Auckland by launch about 10 o'clock. The vessel has general merchandise for discharge at Auckland, Wellington and New Plymouth. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company are the local agents. An arrival i n the stream at Auckland yesterday afternoon was the Oceanic and Oriental Navigation Company's steamer Goluen Cloud from the Pacific Coast. The vessel later berthed at the Central Wharf to unload the local portion of her cargo of lumber, case oil, and general under the agency of Henderson and Macfarlane. The remainder of her cargo is for discharge at Wellington and Dunedin. The cargo was loaded at San Francisco. Eureka, Gray s Harbour. Vancouver, Bellingham, Tecoma, Seattle and Los Angeles. Th*» Golden Cloud sailed from Los Angeles on March 1. On March 11 she called at Honolulu to replenish her oil fuel bunkers and the voyage was resumed on the following day. Moderate weather prevailed until last Saturday, when a south-south-west gale was encountered. Captain E. Svenstrup is in command and he lias with him the following officers:—Chief, Mr. S. 11.
