BOUND FOR JAPAN
DUKE CARRIES ORDER FOR EMPEROR Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Friday. The Duke of Gloucester left for Tokyo to-day to invest the Emperor of Japan with the Order of the Garter. He was seen off by his two brothers, the Prince of Wales and Prince George, and also by the Japanese Ambassador, Baron Keishiro Matsui.
