REBEL CHINESE LEADER BIG REWARDS OFFERED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United sservtce) Reed. 9.5 a.m. SHANGHAI, Friday. The Shantung Provincial Government has offered 10,000 dollars for the capture alive of Chang Chung Chang, a former military governor of Shantung, whose troops captured Chefoo on Tuesday and extorted 250,000 dollars in return for a promise not to loot the town. The sum of 50,000 dollars is offered for the former governor’s head.
