GOVERNOR-GENERAL’S PLANS (Special to THE SUN) WHANGAREI, To-day. The Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergusson, and Lady Alice Fergusson, will arrive in Whangarei on April 13. The following day their Excellencies will visit Waipu, where a Masonic church parade is to be held. The party will return to Auckland on Monday*
