TO VISIT THE KING
TWO NEW .ARCHBISHOPS MOTOR DRIVE ON FRIDAY British Official Wireless | Reed. 12.6 p.m. RUGBY, Tuesday. The King will to-day take part in 1 the first official ceremony since his illness, when the new Archbishops of Canterbury and York will visit hint. The Prime Minister will also be j present, and will participate in the ' ceremony. This morning the Queen came to ; London, bringing her grandchild, the Princess Elisabeth, back to her i parents, the Duke and Duchess of | York. The King passed a good day. and was again in the gardens of Craigweil House. His Majesty again dispensed with the bath chair, and walked some | distance, resting at intervals in gar den chairs. The “Daily' Express” understands that, provided the weather remains ; line, the King will take the first motor drive since his illness on Good Friday. He is expected to visit Goodwood i House.
